These Terms of Service govern your use of the House of Jany website and purchases made through houseofjany.com.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use or purchase.

It is not:

the registered business address;
the designated customer return address; or
a retail store.

The warehouse address should not be interpreted as a statement that every order is dispatched directly from this location.

Do not send customer returns to this address.

3. Website Use

You may use the House of Jany website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You may not:

misuse the website;
interfere with its normal operation;
attempt unauthorized access;
introduce malicious code; or
use website content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or business operations.

Before ordering, please review the available:

images;
variants;
price;
availability; and
other product-specific information.

Images may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting or display technology.

House of Jany does not intend product descriptions or imagery to create unsupported claims concerning materials, manufacturing origin, performance or other objective product characteristics.

5. Product Availability

Products and variants are subject to availability.

Placing an order does not guarantee that an item will remain available if an inventory or technical issue occurs before the order is processed.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue any refund due.

6. Prices

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Prices, promotions and availability may change prospectively.

Any applicable shipping charge is displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

7. Orders

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

name;
delivery address;
contact information; and
payment information.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

After an order has progressed into processing or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.

8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

House of Jany may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

payment failure;
suspected fraud;
an obvious pricing or technical error;
product unavailability;
invalid delivery information; or
circumstances preventing fulfilment.

If payment has already been collected for an order that House of Jany cancels, any refund due will be issued to the applicable original payment method.

10. Payment Authorization

House of Jany may not receive the specific reason for a payment-provider decline.

House of Jany currently ships within the United States.

Shipping options and any applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

12. Order Cutoff

Our standard order cutoff is:

17:00 Pacific Time (PST/PDT), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on applicable public holidays enter processing on the next business day.

13. Processing and Delivery

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is:

Processing: 1–3 business days
Transit after dispatch: 6–12 business days
Estimated total delivery: 7–15 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier delays, weather, address issues or other circumstances outside House of Jany's reasonable control may affect delivery.

14. Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment information may be provided through the House of Jany tracking service.

Tracking information can sometimes take time to appear or update after dispatch.

Items from a single order may in some circumstances be shipped separately and receive different tracking information.

15. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If you identify an error after placing an order, contact House of Jany as soon as possible.

We will try to assist where reasonably possible, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has progressed.

16. Failed or Refused Delivery

A shipment may be returned or delayed because of:

incomplete or incorrect address information;
unsuccessful delivery attempts;
failure to collect the parcel; or
carrier-related circumstances.

If tracking indicates that a parcel is being returned, contact House of Jany.

A refused delivery does not automatically create an immediate refund or an automatic loss of all customer rights.

17. 30-Day Voluntary Return Policy

House of Jany offers a 30-calendar-day voluntary return period.

The period begins on the date the relevant item is received.

This commercial return policy is separate from any rights that may apply to defective, incorrect, unsafe or otherwise non-conforming goods.

18. Return Address

Eligible customer returns are sent to:

This is the designated customer return centre.

Customers do not need to contact House of Jany merely to obtain the return address.

Do not send ordinary customer returns to:

the Wyoming registered business address; or
the California warehouse address.

19. Change-of-Mind Return Costs

For an ordinary voluntary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to the designated return centre in China.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on:

carrier;
shipping service;
parcel size;
parcel weight; and
shipping location.

Customers should retain proof of shipment until the return and refund have been completed.

20. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If an item is:

defective;
damaged;
incorrect;
materially different from the order; or
otherwise affected by an issue for which House of Jany is responsible,

contact House of Jany through the Contact page.

We may request reasonable information, such as photographs, to help identify and resolve the issue.

Seller-error cases are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.

Customers will not be required to bear costs that are properly House of Jany's responsibility under applicable law.

21. Return Review

Returned products may be reviewed after arrival at the designated return centre.

Where a return qualifies for a refund, House of Jany will issue the refund to the applicable original payment method.

The condition of an item may be taken into account where permitted by applicable law.

22. Refund Method

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the order.

If the original payment method cannot receive the refund or another route is required by applicable law or provider rules, the refund will be handled as appropriate to the circumstances.

23. Refund Processing Time

Once House of Jany has issued an approved refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

The exact posting time depends on your:

bank;
card issuer; or
payment provider.

This payment-provider posting period does not give House of Jany an additional 10 business days to unnecessarily delay issuing an approved refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since House of Jany confirmed that the refund was issued and the funds have still not appeared, please contact us.

24. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions communicated with the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

eligibility conditions must be satisfied;
promotions may be changed or ended prospectively; and
promotions may not necessarily be combined.

Nothing in a promotion overrides applicable consumer rights.

25. Errors and Corrections

We aim to keep website information accurate.

If an obvious technical, typographical or pricing error occurs, House of Jany may correct that error.

Where an error materially affects an order already placed, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation and provide any applicable refund or other appropriate solution.

Unless otherwise stated, website content belonging to House of Jany or its licensors is protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

You may use the website for normal personal shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected website content without appropriate permission.

Third parties may operate under their own terms, privacy policies and technical conditions.

House of Jany is not responsible for independent third-party websites that are not controlled by House of Jany.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the House of Jany Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.

29. Electronic Communications

When you use the website or contact House of Jany electronically, communications relating to your order or use of the store may also be provided electronically where appropriate.

Marketing communications are handled separately and subject to applicable preferences and requirements.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, House of Jany will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable in connection with the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

31. No Waiver of Consumer Rights

These Terms do not exclude, restrict or replace rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law.

Where a mandatory legal rule conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory rule applies.

32. Changes to These Terms

House of Jany may update these Terms prospectively when necessary because of:

operational changes;
website changes;
payment or service changes; or
legal or regulatory requirements.

The current version will be published on houseofjany.com together with its latest update date.

Changes do not retroactively alter completed transactions where applicable law does not permit that result.

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights or protections that apply to a consumer under applicable law.
