Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is:

- Transit after dispatch: 6–12 business days

Our standard order cutoff is:
17:00 Pacific Time (PST/PDT), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on applicable public holidays enter processing on the next business day.

Returns
House of Jany offers a 30-calendar-day voluntary return period from the date the relevant item is received.
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
