House of Jany offers several payment options for customers shopping through our United States storefront.

The payment methods available for your order are displayed during checkout.

Accepted Payment Methods

House of Jany accepts:

• Diners Club
• Discover
• Google Pay
• Mastercard
• Shop Pay
• Visa

Card Payments

We accept eligible:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Discover
• Diners Club

Your bank or card issuer may perform authorization, security or fraud-prevention checks before approving the transaction.

If a card payment is declined, House of Jany may not receive the exact reason for the decline. Please verify the payment information entered or contact your bank or card issuer where necessary.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay can be used when it is supported by your device, browser and checkout environment.

If Apple Pay is available for your checkout session, it will appear as a payment option during checkout.

Google Pay

Google Pay can be used on supported devices and browsers.

When available for your checkout session, Google Pay will be displayed as a payment option during checkout.

Shop Pay

Shop Pay is available through the House of Jany checkout.

Shop Pay may allow eligible customers to use saved checkout information provided through Shopify.

The availability of Shop Pay does not by itself mean that financing, installment payments or other buy-now-pay-later services are offered. Any such feature would need to be separately displayed during checkout.

Payment Methods We Do Not Accept

House of Jany does not accept:

• American Express / AMEX
• PayPal
• Maestro

These methods are not part of the House of Jany United States payment setup.

Payment Availability at Checkout

Payment availability may depend on technical factors such as:

• device compatibility;
• browser compatibility;
• payment-provider processing;
• card or wallet eligibility; and
• security or authorization requirements.

The payment methods shown during checkout are the payment options available for that order.

Currency

Orders placed through the House of Jany United States storefront are processed in the currency displayed during checkout.

Please review the final order total before completing payment.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may independently apply account-related or currency-conversion charges where relevant. Any such external charges are not imposed by House of Jany.

Payment Authorization

Payments may require authorization by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

A transaction may not be completed if:

• authorization is declined;
• payment information is incorrect;
• required security verification cannot be completed; or
• the payment provider cannot process the transaction.

If a payment fails, please check the entered information or try another payment method available during checkout.

Payment Security

Payments are handled through the secure payment infrastructure used by the House of Jany Shopify checkout.

House of Jany will never ask you to send sensitive payment credentials such as:

• your full payment-card number;
• card security code;
• banking password; or
• wallet authentication credentials

through our normal customer contact form or ordinary customer-service correspondence.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Once House of Jany has issued an approved refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

The exact time required for the funds to appear depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed since House of Jany confirmed that the refund was issued and the funds have still not appeared, please contact us.
